Cleaning work booked through this website is performed by a local carpet cleaning professional serving the area. How your information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Quotes and Prices

Price ranges on this website are general figures for reference, often national averages, and are not a quote. Your actual price depends on the rooms, the type of carpet and its condition, and it is given in writing before any work starts. The agreement for the work is between you and the company that performs it.

Scheduling and Changes

Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation terms are confirmed when you book. Ask about them before your appointment.

Results

No one can promise that every stain or odor will come out. Bleach spots, sun fading, worn or crushed fibers, dye loss, and urine that has soaked into the pad or subfloor may not be fixable by cleaning. Ask what to expect before work starts.

Your Part

• Pick up small items, breakables and valuables from areas being cleaned.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area and off damp floors.
• Tell the cleaner about existing damage, loose seams, delicate items or anything they should know.
• Provide safe access to the areas being cleaned, and to water and power if the job needs them.

Drying and Safety

Freshly cleaned carpet and the hard floors next to it can be slippery. Walk carefully, use clean socks rather than shoes until the carpet is dry, and keep furniture off damp carpet or use protective tabs under the legs.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you have a problem with a cleaning, let us know through the contact page or by calling (325) 249-6030, ideally within 48 hours, so it can be looked at while it is fresh.
